I can’t believe how quickly the mulberries are ripening. We went from this:
…to this:
…in just a matter of a couple of days.
I love the different shades of red, pink and maroon that the fruits go through as they ripen, and their exotic berry shapes! This time, there are enough fruits to share, a little. I think I’ll wait until we have more productive plants around before I introduce the kids to these fruits, though, or I may not get to eat any more myself!
